Rest in Peace

To the most amazing and most loved personality to have ever existed,
I never realised how much of an impact you had in my life until today. Sitting in that chair and listening to other's speak about you in such a gentle and respectful manner made me realise that I had really taken your company for granted.
I mean, yes, every time we gathered around to have a party, you would be with the adults that didn't and doesn't change the fact that I still miss you. You were hilarious at Christmas time, pretending to be Santa Claus only to have the cushion fall out of your costume when you stood up.
Your karaoke skills are worth a laugh too and you were always the one to lighten the mood should something awkward or tense happen.
Every time we went to your house, you would be so welcoming and kind. You let us use your television and your computer whilst you went outside to attend to your guests. You had enough trust and faith in us to leave us in that room alone.
I guess what I'm trying to say is, I'm so sorry that I took you for granted, and thank you for always making life so enjoyable whenever our group of families gathered around.
Please look after your wife and I hope that you're having the time of your life partying with Buddha.
But in all seriousness;
Rest in Peace, V QUANG NGUYEN
